PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

LOUISA COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY

The Louisa County Water Authority will hold a special meeting at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, in the Louisa County Water Authority Conference Room, Louisa County Water Authority Business Office, Louisa, Virginia, in Closed Meeting to discuss:

Assignment and performance of an employee, actual or probable litigation where such consultation or briefing in open session would adversely affect the negotiating or litigating posture of the public bodies, and consultation with legal counsel and briefing by staff members or consultants regarding a specific legal matter requiring the provision of advice by such counsel, pursuant to § 2.2-3711.A.1 and 7 VA Code Ann.

OPTIONAL - Personnel matter, actual or probable litigation and consultation with legal counsel, pursuant to § 2.2-3711.A.1 and 7 VA Code Ann.
