Annette brings to the office eighteen years of law-enforcement experience, coming from the Albemarle County Commonwealth's Attorneys Office and the Albemarle County Police Department. She is a certified paralegal recognized by the National Association of Legal Assistants and the American Bar Association. She holds advanced certifications in the area of Trial Practice and Contracts and is a graduate of the Bradford Business School. Annette teaches statewide on extradition procedures and the Interstate Agreement on Detainers."
