General Services Department

General Services is the largest department within the county administration with over 50 employees. The Department oversees fleet management, Animal Shelter, Refuse Collection and Recycling Centers, Buildings and Grounds Maintenance, the Sanitary Landfill, and oversees all capital construction projects. Household waste, construction/demolition debris, scrap metal, brush up to 1000 lbs per Load at NO CHARGE. Any amount OVER the 1000 lbs limit is prorated at $45 per ton *Residents may use the convenience center at no charge * *SPECIAL WASTE NOT ACCEPTED AT CONVENIENCE CENTER*
COMMERCIAL HAULERS
MSW, Construction/demolition debris, industrial, scrap metal, brush is $52 PER TON. All Commercial Haulers MUST have a Landfill Account PRIOR to dumping.
