Industrial Development Authority
The Louisa County IDA has developed a growing concentration of industry in the Industrial Development Authority Air Park. The Park offers easy access to the nearby airport, railroad, and highways such as U. S. Route 33, 522 and Interstate 64. Infrastructure includes public water, public sewer, gas, power and telecommunications.
The IDA has over 100 acres available for new construction, including build-to-suit. The sites range in size from 5 to 40 acres and have gas and public water and sewer. |
